How should I wash my socks?
Your socks can be washed in a normal 30 degree warm wash. We recommend that you turn them inside out to help to reduce fading over time. Do not iron, bleach, tumble dry or dry clean your socks.
Why did my sock shrink in the wash?
Our socks have not been pre-washed so some initial shrinkage will occur. This isn't a problem as the sock will stretch back out to the required length/fit.
What is the quality of Lafitte socks?

We are so sure of our quality that we even offer a one year replacement guarantee for holes in the toe of our Tough Toe socks.
What is a ‘Tough Toe’
Lafitte’s Tough Toe is a reinforced toe that has a 1 year replacement guarantee.
What is the ‘Tough Toe’ Replacement Guarantee?
We developed the unique technology of a reinforced toe and for all our socks with the Tough Toe (which will be indicated in the description) we offer a 1 year, no quibbles, replacement guarantee for holes in the toes.
If you get a hole in the toe of one of our Tough Toe socks, simply return it with your receipt and you will receive a free replacement.

Are all your socks made in Australia?
Being Australian made is very important to us and over 95% of our socks are made in Australia. Whilst we would love to produce all our socks in Australia, there are couple of products, like our Invisibles, for which there are no local factories able to produce these socks. On each product page it specifies the country of origin in the product description.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide.
How long does delivery take?
We do our best to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible and dispatch them within 24 hours. Delivery within Australia is 2-5 business days for metro areas and 4-10 business days for regional areas. However, as we use Australia Post postal, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
International delivery is approximately 2 weeks.

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is FREE for any order over $55.00 sent within Australia. A charge of $6.00 will apply to orders of less than $55.00.
International postage will be equivalent to Australia Post charges and can be seen at time of checkout.
