If you are unhappy with your purchase return it to us within 14 days in the condition that you received it (not worn or washed and with undamaged packaging) and we will happily provide an exchange or refund.
We do not pay for the shipping fee for return of goods. We will pay for shipping of the exchanged item but after the first exchange we then charge for any additional requested exchanges on that same purchase.

Once we receive your package, we’ll inspect and process the goods within 24 hours process your exchange/refund as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, international exchanges (other than as a result of a faulty item) will be charged a re-shipping fee. And so if you return your goods for exchange, you agree to payment of these charges.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at email@example.com or call us on 02 9476 8190 and we will organise a replacement for you. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement we will be happy to give you a refund.
